In person or via text message. Clients that reach out via social media direct or instant message will be asked to text or send a WhatsApp message instead. However, texting my primary work number is preferred. Consultations are required for all new and returning clients. “Returning” being defined as: previous clients that have not been seen within 10 weeks of their desired booking date. All new clients booking for any service, will require a consultation. Preliminary consultations will be done via text or video chat. Text consultations can be initiated anytime and are free of charge. You should expect a response within 24-48 hours of reaching out, or sooner. An in-person consultation starts at $20. As a disclaimer. PAYMENT [CASH IS PREFERRED] Deposits: For those with a no-show/late cancellation history, or those who have opted out of keeping a card on file, there’s a 25%-50% deposit due, to confirm your booking. Deposit amount may vary depending on the service. For regular clients that have set up recurring appointments, a deposit will not be required, with the exception of those with a late cancellation/no-show history. Billing: In the scenario you have a card on file and no-show or cancel late and the card on file is unable to be charged the necessary fees, you will STILL be responsible for those fees, before you will be allowed to book again. Refusal to pay these fees will result in you being blocked from booking future appointments, and you will continue to be billed for the amount due until it is paid in full. Methods of Payment: Having a credit/debit card on file is required to book. At the end of your service you can choose to use the card you have in file, with a physical card, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, as well as, UnionPay, ApplePay, Google Pay, Cash App, Zelle and, most preferred of course, cash. FEES Offline Booking: If you choose not to book online and instead reach out to me via internet phone call or text to book your appointment for you, there will be a $5 convenience fee added to your appointment. Same Day Booking: When booking online, I require 12 hours notice. If you need to be squeezed in, or require a last minute booking, there will be a $25-50 fee. After Hours Booking: If you request an appointment that will extend normal business hours or require me to start before normal hours, there will be an after hours fee of 20% or more, depending on the service and duration. Off Days Booking: If you request to book on one of my off days, you are subject to paying an off-day fee of $125 or more, depending on the day and service requested. POLICIES Pricing Policy: All pricing may vary and is subject to change. If you book online for the incorrect service or if your appointment requires more or different services than anticipated, or your service takes longer than the allotted time, your final price is subject to change. Pricing will be determined during a consultation for new and returning clients. Also, rent increases, inflation, and COVID-19 may affect prices over time. Matted hair, mold/mildew, breakage, etc. will all incur additional costs. Latecomer Policies: I understand life is unpredictable. However, due to scheduling purposes, some late arrivals will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to late cancellation fees. Refund Policies: If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify me within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction. Due to scheduling, you may not be able to correct everything on the same day. In which case, I would schedule an appointment for the next available day and time. In the event that you have a less than favorable experience, and before we have a chance to correct it or make up for it, you leave a poor review online, you will by doing so, be considered voiding this section of this contract. No further action will be taken and you will no longer be able to book with Loc Goddess X. Privacy Policies: Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share or sell this information with third-parties. Right to Refuse Policy: I will not tolerate any abuse, violence, or inappropriate behavior towards myself, my staff, or other clients. Such acts will be treated as a breach of our terms and will result in being reported to the authorities and/or removal from the premises. I maintain the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with myself or other staff, or can pose a threat to our business. Health and Safety Policy: The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious ailments, we require you to reschedule your appointment until you feel better and are cleared by a medical professional. You will be required to sanitize your hands upon arrival.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no less 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me within that time frame, will result in a 50% late cancellation fee being drafted from the card on file for your profile.
Cancelling during your appointment is considered a NO SHOW, and will result in 100% of the service price being drafted from the card on file.
If the payment cannot be processed using the card you have on file, you’ll be notified of the balance on your profile. If your profile holds a balance for longer than 30 days, a bill will be mailed to the address on file.
Balances must be paid in full to book again. Failure to pay profile balances within 45 days will result in you being blocked/banned from booking.
