This service is for clients arriving with freshly shampooed, clean locs. Please note: I do not work on dirty hair. If a shampoo is necessary but not booked, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or a shampoo service will be added at an additional fee if time allows. Regardless of your locs’ cleanliness, I’ll ensure they’re perfectly prepped for maintenance with a scalp-refreshing spray to reset pH, leave-in conditioner for hydration, and a lightweight hair serum for added moisture and shine. These steps create the ideal foundation for flawless styling or retwisting while keeping your locs and scalp healthy.

Designed for clients with severe scalp conditions requiring extra care, such as psoriasis, eczema, or dermatitis; or significant build up from scalp conditions, incorrect product use, too much product, or infrequent shampooing. Includes a pre & post-shampoo scalp treatment and massage with medicated scalp serum, a deep detoxifying shampoo, condition, and a spray in scalp treatment and antiseptic to restore scalps PH. The Basic Retwist works best for "neat roots" that grow directly into the loc without much manipulation, making clean parting quick and efficient—perfect for clients who keep a regular maintenance schedule. The Standard Retwist is suited for roots requiring moderate guidance to maintain clean parting, addressing light frizz or sections beginning to stray from their natural parts. For clients with "wild roots" or significant new growth outside the loc structure, the Extended Retwist provides detailed sectioning and realignment to recreate clean parts, addressing matting or irregularities.

This service is for clients with fewer locs or just the flat top. Length options include short (above shoulders), medium (shoulder to mid-back), long (mid-back to waist), very long (waist to hips), and extra long (past hips).

Ideal for clients with a high number of locs, ensuring each twist is crafted with care. Length options include short (above shoulders), medium (shoulder to mid-back), long (mid-back to waist), very long (waist to hips), and extra long (past hips).

If you opt to have your 2strands or rope twists styled once they are completed, please select the option that best describes your desired style. Petal Bob is created by looping the two strand and secruing the end to the root, creating a unique illusion of shorter hair. Loc Knots refers to the ends of the 2strands being knotted or rolled to create a shorter look. Bow Tie Ends, refer to petals added to the loose ends of a 2strand/rope twist.

Barrel rolls are a weaving technique that folds locs over one another while rolling and tucking, creating a braid-like structutre on the scalp, similar to a cornrow, but much thicker. Options include Double Barrels, featuring two symmetrical rows for a bold, balanced style; Side Swept, where locs are barrelled and directed to one side for an elegant, asymmetrical effect; and Straight Backs, a sleek design where locs are barrelled into straight rows reminiscent of classic straight back cornrows. These styles offer versatility and timeless appeal, perfect for any occasion.

Petals refer to locs that have been folded and secured at the base with a rubberband, creating a loop that resembles flower petals. Popular variations include the Petal Bun(s), when all the locs are gathered into a ponytail, the ends made into petals for a chic and voluminous bun; the Petal Bob, which offers a temporary shorter style for long locs; and the Petal Mohawk, with petals arranged along the center of the head from hairline to nape, creating a bold and eye-catching design. These styles are playful and stylish, suitable for various occasions.

Half-up, half-down styles feature structured locs on top with the remaining locs styled or left to flow freely. Choose Half-Up Barrels into Pony/Pigtails for a polished look, Half-Up into Pineapple/Palm Tree for a high, airy crown, Half-Up into Bantu Knots for a mix of structure and flair, or the Half-Up into Petal Headband, forming a row of petaled ponytails across the crown. Or Half Up into a petaled ponytail (or pigtails). If you want the top pony/pigtails as well as, the back half of the locs curled, select the Top & Bottom Curls. If you only want curls in the back, with petals, bantu knots, etc. on the top, select "Half Down Curls" as an add on from the D4 menu.

This service finishes your half-up, half-down style by twisting the half-down portion of your locs into neat two-strand twists or curls. It helps secure the style, ensuring longevity and maintaining a polished, cohesive look. Whether you're going for a simple, classic twist or something with a bit more flair, this add-on is designed to complement your style and keep everything in place. The three tiers—Short & Simple, Medium/Standard, and Long & Lush—cater to different lengths, volumes and preferences, offering a perfect, refined finish to your half-up, half-down look. Or opt to curl the back half using pipe cleaners, perm rods, or flexirods, depending on the size of the curl, and length/size/volume of locs.

Updo styles are ideal for formal events or long-lasting wear. Options include Barrels going up into a pomp, pony tail, or pigtails, with Loose Ends, offering sleek and structured elegance; Barrels into an updo with Twisted Ends/Two Strands; Barrels into Petals, incorporating barrels into voluminous petaled designs; Barrels into a Sewn-Down Bun or Style, perfect for intricate and long-lasting designs; and the Barrel Crown, crafted by seamlessly connecting two barrels to create the illusion of a regal crown.

A consultation is REQUIRED. Book this option when you are wanting a style that is a combination of styling techniques, or completely unique. For example: if you want a half up half down style, where the half up part is barrelled into a high petal bun, and you want the back in 2strands with loc knots, with a few locs in the front curled. Or say, if you want barrels but you want them in a specific design not listed on my service menu. Book this for more complex designs and details. This service requires an extended dryer session. If you'd prefer to air dry or dry at home, please bring your own curling tools. Factors like hair length, porosity, volume, loc thickness, curl size, and tools used affect the service time. For instance, pipe cleaners and perm rods usually hold one loc, with pipe cleaners doubling as a style, while curlers or flexi rods can hold 2-5 locs but aren't typically worn alone. Dry times vary: thinner/low-porosity locs may take 30-45 minutes, while thicker/high-porosity locs can take up to 2 hours. Booking options are organized by length/volume and tool type. Note: Other clients may be scheduled during your dry time. Because of the many factors involved in this style, durations and prices are approximate.

You can choose to simply bleach and tone the ends (Up to half way up the loc shaft) or bleach and dye the hair whatever color you'd like. Bleach is included. Color is not (unless otherwise discussed.) Price may vary depending on volume, length, etc.

You can choose to simply bleach (and tone) the entire head of hair, including the roots, or use a high lifting color without bleach. This option only requires 1 application. If you need to bleach and dye, or you want a blonde that requires multiple applications, select that option. Bleach is included. Color is not (unless otherwise discussed.) Price may vary depending on volume, length, etc.
